The Matrix Integral educational program is a proposed program for people interested in living differently and making a difference. By outlining our vision for an educational program below, we hope to spark discussion and gauge interest, as well as to inspire similar initiatives. Our students would learn about communication, change, and the Integral approach to improve their leadership and life skills. Outside of the structured education, life in community with other students would provide unique conditions to embody learning and increase awareness and compassion for others.

Vision »
We wish to provide an alternative to traditional educations that is empowering to students. Not only do we hope to see many of our students initiate projects to spread understanding and change, but we wish for all to become torchbearers of an Integral lifestyle.

Curriculum »
With an Integral approach to personal development and projecteering, both personal and professional life open up for new possibilities. Within our program of Transformative Communication, students will learn highly elaborated tools to improve communication skills and their ability to bring changes into being.

Community living »
Imagine living in a community where everyone is devoted to living their lives fully and to establish the changes they wish to see in today’s society. These people will not hold back development and progress; they will powerfully encourage it.

Graduate abilities »
After actively participating in our classes and community activities, we are convinced that our students will have grown significantly in several ways. Each will leave with theoretical tools and an Integral perspective, as well as with the experience of actively practicing them as a community member.
