Matrix Integral is an organization devoted to connect people concerned with social change and personal transformation, particularly in the context of Integral Education. We wish to increase the number of Integrally informed people around the world and spread the use of our comprehensive collection of ’success keys’ for interdisciplinary communication and change.

As the words ‘matrix’ and ‘integral’ imply, we wish to help create environments in which Integral consciousness and the movement towards a new global culture can grow. We find inspiration in Ken Wilber’s Integral philosophy, which emphasizes the important role that human development plays in today’s problems. The Integral approach stresses the ‘leap to second tier,’ a shift in human consciousness which facilitates more inclusive, holistic, and comprehensive decision-making. We want to help people make this leap, the first step towards a better world, and help them help others.

To contribute to this movement, we work to support Integral Education initiatives around the world. Whether it is designing web-pages, contributing to curriculum design, or offering consulting, we hope to see more integrally informed education programs, courses, and initiatives flourish.

Our long term vision is to provide a supportive real-time one-year educational community with structures and frameworks to foster sustainable transformation, within and among community members, in their professional, personal, and spiritual lives. At Matrix Integral, we believe in change, that the world can be a better place, and that all of us are the ones to do it. We recognize the importance of personal development for social change, and the power of human connections. We believe that our efforts to connect likeminded people from around the world will inspire and expand a global team of active change agents. To facilitate this, we offer a Network service to our members, which provides support, connections, and inspiration - to accelerate the pace of positive change and the emergence of new global cultures.

We also believe in the necessity of concrete skills and practices that allow us to maintain our shifts in consciousness in ‘the real world’ as well as in our minds and hearts. We know that we are not alone in this, although many of us surely have felt lonely from time to time. People who desire change, who want a better world, who are dissatisfied with the mainstream, are part of a large global movement, even if they locally can seem few. We don’t want members of the global integral movement to feel alone anymore!
