Matrix Integral hopes to provide an alternative to traditional educations, one that empowers students to understand and manifest their inner vision. We believe in the importance of personal development to achieve global transformation, and in the key role of an education which includes an Integral vision and an Integral practice.

We hope to attract motivated and impassioned students from around the world who are ready to participate in the creation of new forms of culture. Not only do we hope to see many of our students initiate projects to encourage social, cultural, and personal change, but we wish for all to leave with belief in themselves and the strength to live an Integral lifestyle. We hope to help each individual connect to their inner vision and wisdom, and to provide the tools needed to make that vision a reality.

All too often retreats, seminars, or educations that bring about personal change lack the means for follow-through, for maintaining the change in the ‘real’ world. A participant may have his or her ‘consciousness raised,’ only to find him or herself powerless to change a world that suddenly looks so different. Lacking the skills to make an interior change manifest in the exterior (’real’) world, many participants in certain transformative educations are left more fragmented than before, not less. At Matrix Integral, our students are given concrete skills, practices, and structures for lasting change.

One of our main goals is to offer an education accessible and valuable to anyone, whether self-taught visionaries or experienced academics. Our education is a training program, which means we don’t settle with teaching abstract theory. While lecturing and reading are important parts of our program, we emphasize exercises and projecteering that gives our students actual experience of what we teach.

An important part of our vision is that our students live in community. We recognize the enormous potential for development among people living together, when they share a common vision. We know that personal transformation can be very hard to accomplish if you lack a supporting environment, and we believe that the Matrix Integral community will be a nurturing, motivating, and exciting environment for all students to develop their unique capacities.

This education will help our small community of students develop into skillful change agents. With an emphasis on concrete skills related to effective communication, our students will leave the program with newfound strength to manifest their inner visions. Students will not only receive proof on paper that they have completed our program, but also deep knowledge and insights that will be of invaluable help on whatever path they choose in life.

At Matrix Integral, we have deep faith in human potential. We want to set this potential free and connect inspired individuals from around the world. Leaving Matrix Integral, our students will be filled with energy and knowledge to live a life in line with their values.
